Jay Sun is a Co-founder of the Barbarian Group, a partner and its CFO.

Jay joined The Barbarian Group with over 10 years of business financial planning and start-up company experience. He has extensive experience in business financial modeling, scenario planning, and strategic business development. Jay has worked at World Conference Holdings Co., a holding company that helped finance many start-up companies/ventures including: World Research Group, Treasury Resources Center, Center for Business Intelligence, and the World Economic Development Congress. Jay was also on the Board of Advisors at the Cambridge HealthTech Institute, a biotech/Human Genome conference and research company. Prior to that, he was the Financial Controller at The National Managed Health Care Congress, (a division of Institute for International Research/IIR, USA).

Jay previously worked at Cambridge Energy Research Associate, a global energy research and consulting firm.
