The cornerstone for all our work with Kashi: the revamped Kashi.com, launched in late 2007. We love it, and we love the activity, passion, and support from the community members. This was a watershed project for The Barbarian Group – agile development, Web 2.0, a deep client relationship, a passionate user base. One of our favorites.
We’re now in our third year of constant maintenance and updating of the site. You can see a nice progression as we go. This is perhaps our finest example of agile development and scrum techniques applied to a brand – a dedicated team, always working on the site, just like you would a product site. It’s one of our works of which we are most proud.
